1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return.

For battery products, safety is paramount. Returned batteries must be in safe, undamaged condition with all seals intact. Used or damaged batteries cannot be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used batteries or battery packs.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

Products damaged due to improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repair attempts.
3. Return Process

Please provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.

Returns without an RMA number may not be accepted.
4. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or defective products.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Please package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective items.

Partial refunds may be granted for products that are not returned in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
